How long does a bathroom remodel take?
Most full bathroom remodels take two to four weeks depending on scope, tile size, and material availability. A shower-only rebuild is typically 7 to 12 working days. You receive a written timeline with your quote and daily updates once we start.
Do you provide free estimates?
Yes. On-site consultations and detailed written estimates are completely free with no obligation. Most estimates can be scheduled within 48 hours.
Are you insured?
Yes. Upgrade Remodeling is fully insured, and we are happy to provide a certificate of insurance before work begins.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas including Matthews, Huntersville, Concord, Ballantyne, Waxhaw, Mint Hill, Cornelius, Davidson, and Fort Mill, SC.
Can I provide my own tile?
Absolutely. Many clients purchase their own tile and we install it. We review your selection, confirm quantities with proper overage, and flag anything that may cause installation issues before you buy.
Do you install Schluter Systems?
Yes. Schluter is our preferred waterproofing and shower system. We install KERDI membranes, KERDI-BOARD, shower trays, curbs, niches, and metal profiles, and we flood-test every shower pan before tile goes on.
Do you remove old tile?
Yes. Full demo is part of most projects. We remove old tile, thinset, and failed substrate, protect the rest of your home with dust containment, and haul all debris away.
How soon can you start?
Most projects start within one to three weeks of an approved estimate. Small repairs and regrouts can often be scheduled the same week.
